Welcome. The practice of yoga is a life changing experience. A thousands year old Indian philosophy, yoga is much more than the physical practice of asana. The true path of yoga is one that will transform your life and shift your entire perspective. Yoga will rock your world and I am honored to have this opportunity to share it with you.

‘We like to say that we “yoga around” -- we’ve experimented at several studios and with different approaches. As soon as we found Catherine’s flow class, we felt that we’d found a yoga home for our practice.
Catherine encourages a community of practice but with genuine attention to the unique qualities of each individual body. As a couple who practice yoga together, we so appreciate her gently demanding and supportive teaching style.’ - Deborah and Michael W.'
